In account settings add your Zonos account number and API key which can be found in Zonos Settings under App credentials. After verifying your Zonos account number and API key, you will now be enabled for taxes and duties charges to be collected directly from Zonos rather than charged to your BoxC account when a shipment is created if the Zonos order number is included for each shipment.
Optionally provide a Zonos account number when sending a shipment request via API in the zonos_customer_id property. This overrides the Zonos account number in account settings.
