Incident: lifting of airspace restrictions
Further to Incident Bulletin 04.03.2022, the designated operator of Moldova, Posta Moldovei, wishes to inform that Moldovan airspace has now been fully reopened. Posta Moldovei is able to receive, process and deliver outbound and inbound postal items as normal, and all post offices are fully operational. It therefore asks all designated operators to send mail to Moldova by air, or by land as particular circumstances allow.

Incident: suspension of operations at Johannesburg IMPC
The designated operator of South Africa, South African Post Office (SAPO), wishes to inform that operations at the Johannesburg office of exchange (IMPC codes beginning with ZAJNB) will be suspended from 30 May to 10 June 2022, owing to relocation to new premises. The shutdown will affect customer services (UPU-certified common Internet-based inquiry systems: IBIS for parcels and I-Care for EMS items), electronic exchanges supporting mail processes, and processing of mail.
