The designated operator of Croatia, Croatian Post, wishes to inform that there has been occasional interruptions in the exchange of electronic data interchange (EDI) messages on 19 and 20 March 2022, owing to ongoing internal network infrastructure work.

The designated operator of Greece, Hellenic Post, would like to inform that it has been facing a general IT issue since 20 March 2022 owing to a cyberattack, and all systems are down (Internet, International Postal System, telephones, etc.).

The IT department is working to resolve the situation. Hellenic Post will provide an update as soon as everything is back to normal.
