The designated operator of Germany, Deutsche Post, would like to inform that postal services have largely returned to normal following the flooding caused by heavy rain.
Delays may still occur owing to detours to avoid damaged roads and bridges, but the impact on delivery performance is minimal.
Hungary

The designated operator of Hungary, Magyar Posta, asks us to inform that it will be conducting maintenance on its core IT systems between 29 September 2021 and 3 October 2021.
As a result, disruption is to be expected with regard to both international data exchange and international import and export traffic.
Ireland - customs issues

Incident: customs issues
There are some disruptions with Irish shipments at the moment. This disruption is being caused by the implementation of new import controls which are resulting in the return of some items by the Irish Customs authorities.
Postal operators remain in discussions with AnPost to help identify new processes that could improve the flow of mail items into Ireland and reduce the return of items.
Macao

The designated operator of Macao, China, Macao Post, asks us to inform that the Macao Special Administrative Region has entered a state of immediate prevention, with effect from 25 September 2021, owing to the high risk of a local COVID-19 outbreak. Certain districts and locations in Macao are locked down, with people living or staying in those areas required to undergo testing.
This will affect the delivery of letter-post, parcel-post and EMS items until further notice.
