The designated operator of Colombia, Servicios Postales Nacionales S.A. 4-72, informs that, as an essential service provider, it is exempt from the restrictions on movement brought in by its government. As such, Servicios Postales Nacionesl S.A. 4-72 continues to provide national and international services with due observance of all the relevant protocols and particularities of the COVID-19 health emergency.

The designated operator of Honduras, Empresa de Correos de Honduras (Honducor), informs that the entire territory of Honduras will remain in lockdown until 28 June 2020 (or a later date to be communicated in due course).
To minimize human contact and protect its workers, Honducor has decided that it is necessary to suspend the postal service across the entire postal supply chain until 28 June 2020, or a later date to be communicated in due course (from admission of international mail at land and sea borders, and at Ramon Villeda Morales Airport in San Pedro Sula and Toncontin Airport in Tegucigalpa). It therefore asks countries that normally send their mail to Honduras by air cargo or commercial flights not to do so for the time being; otherwise the mails will need to be stored in customs warehouses, generating significant extra costs. An exception may be made for humanitarian aid, which Honducor is able to process with the knowledge and prior authorization of the Honduran Government.
In addition, Correos de Honduras is one of the government corporations engaged in restarting the national economy. The smart resumption of normal activities began on 8 June 2020 with the reopening of the Toncontin main exchange office (HNTGUA). It is opening and sorting dispatches received up until the week of 9 to 15 March 2020, and making the items available for collection at the office to addressees who are permitted to go out on that day (based on the last digit of their identity card).
The office of exchange (IDKTC) in Jakarta has been be temporarily closed for three days from 15 to 17 June 2020. This decision was taken after one employee tested positive for COVID-19. All necessary steps have been taken to prevent the spread of the virus in this facility.
This closure has led to delays in the processing and delivery of inbound items, response to inquiries and customs processes.
The Jordanian Government has eased the lockdown with effect from 6 June 2020, and public sector workers have been back at work since 26 May. Jordan Post is continuing to take steps to ensure the safety of staff and customers.

The COVID-19 pandemic will continue to have a major impact on operations, and consequently on quality of service for all types of inbound and outbound mail (letter and parcel post).
The designated operator of Lithuania, Lithuania Post, informs that the Lithuanian Government has lifted the quarantine regime as from 17 June 2020.
However, measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19 may still result in staff shortages or temporary suspension of the work of some post offices.
Lithuania Post will continue to provide services according to safety guidelines, but all letter-post, parcel-post and EMS items requiring signature on delivery will be delivered to the addressees directly, and addressee signatures will be collected (except in cases where the addressee is isolating).
Nepal Post informs that the Government of Nepal has decided to partially lift the national lockdown with effect from 15 June 2020.
The measures implemented to combat the global COVID-19 pandemic have had an impact on the collection, transmission and delivery of mails and postal services. Domestic postal services have partially resumed from 15 June 2020, but all incoming international flights remain suspended until 5 July 2020.
The designated operator of the United Kingdom, Royal Mail Group (including Royal Mail and Parcelforce Worldwide), would like to inform that Saturday deliveries of untracked letters and small packets have resumed as of 13 June 2020.
